These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in ShuffleSkies, a promotional video service operated by Visionlight Productions Inc. By using the ShuffleSkies service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description
ShuffleSkies creates short promotional videos that include you and four other users. The goal is to encourage mutual tagging and visibility on social media.
We do not sell followers, tags, likes, or engagement. Any payment made is strictly for the production of your custom video.

3. No Guarantee of Platform Performance
ShuffleSkies has no control over third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. We are not responsible for how these platforms handle your post, including any of the following:

• Algorithm changes

• Tagging restrictions

• Content removal

• Account issues

• Reach or engagement variations

4. Limitation of Liability
Visionlight Productions Inc. and ShuffleSkies are not liable for any damages, loss, or consequences related to your use of our service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Social media account impact

• Online reputation concerns

• Misuse of content

• Lack of engagement

• Tagging-related issues

You participate at your own risk.

5. User Conduct
By submitting content to ShuffleSkies, you agree not to:

• Upload copyrighted or inappropriate material

• Submit content that promotes hate, harm, or illegal activity

• Misuse ShuffleSkies for dishonest or misleading purposes

• Represent ShuffleSkies as a social media growth service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our discretion.

6. Ownership and Rights
By submitting your photo, you grant ShuffleSkies (Visionlight Productions Inc.) permission to use your image and video for:

• Video production and delivery

• Promotion on our website and social channels

• Use in demos or showcases, with credit

You retain ownership of your original image. Let us know if you prefer not to be featured publicly.

7. Payment Terms
All payments are for video production only. ShuffleSkies does not charge for exposure, engagement, or followers.
Payments are non-refundable once production begins, unless stated otherwise.

8. One Shuffle Per User (for Now)
Currently, each user is allowed one ShuffleSkies video. Additional shuffles may be offered in future rounds or premium options.

9. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
